What are your favorite Bogner amps? | Rig-Talk

    https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/threads/what-are-your-favorite-bogner-amps.284157/

All the ones I have played interestingly seem to have a similar, quite specific voice that is pretty unique to Bogner. My favorites: 100 - legendary. Every channel sounds phenomenal and I feel like each one could be its own amp. The Variac adds another dimension to the blue and red channels. Caveman - So many options, but tons of great …

According to Bogner, the Ecstasy 3534 has it's own unique sound, not the same as the 101B, which a lot of people including myself seemed to deduct, but actually sounds closest to the Ecstasy 20th anniversary. It's hard to tell from the few brief audio clips available but the clean channel sounds a lot like the 20th anniversary clean channel.

    Front-Loaded vs. Rear-Loaded Cabs | Rig-Talk

    https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/threads/front-loaded-vs-rear-loaded-cabs.139457/

Jul 1, 2013. #1. I'm ordering a new 4x12 v30 cab with my D-Moll (very soon, hopefully), and I got to wondering about front-loaded vs. rear-loaded configurations. I've read that front-loaded setups are more aggressive sounding; was hoping folks here could give a little more substantial explanation of what the real-world difference is.

Nov 3, 2009. #2. Hi. yes it makes a huge difference! To give you an idea: frontloaded cabs are tighter and more focussed, a bit better suited for heavier styles. Rearloaded cabinets do sound a tad more round, less focussed.

    Marshall DSL 100. | Rig-Talk

    https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/threads/marshall-dsl-100.39270/

For the money, the versatility of the old DSL 100 is hard to beat. Get one and pair it up with an old single recto and you have the real deal on a budget. Lugo did an amp pairing video. The old Marshall and Recto combination just ounces great and got the best listener ratings.

    https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/threads/friedman-be-100-which-version-is-the-best-for-metal.200138/

Depends on what type of metal. For classic heavy metal like Iron Maiden and the likes, any Friedman amp would do the trick in spades, except the Buxom Betty. If you want thrash metal/death metal and beyond, I would say go for the Butterslax or the JJ100, the BE100 can get close, but it's not as aggressive and brutal.

    EVH 5150 Iconic | Rig-Talk

    https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/threads/evh-5150-iconic.246709/

The big point of contention is the fact that it only has 2 preamp tubes, with the V1 and PI spots using solid state transistors. This amp is definitely for modern metal, although you can get older rock tones out of it. Some may not like the fact that it has a very fast response, similar to a solid state amp.

Mar 31, 2022. #1. I picked up a Ceriatone Molecular 50 watt amp about a month ago. It is an awesome amp but I am wondering if some simple mods would make it even better. The edge switch to the right just isn’t very usable, to the left is awesome. Am I reading the schematic correctly that the bright cap to the right is 2200pf & left is 1000pf?

    https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/threads/mesa-2x12-rectifier-cab-horizontal-vs-vertical.67241/

The verticals sound good. I prefer the horizontal Mesa 2x12 but it's pretty much just personal preference. Stand your horizontal Mesa 2x12 on it's side and that is pretty much what the vertical will sound like. The dimensions are slightly different but the sound is basically the same IMO. The vertical does have casters and side handles but it ...

The Marshallhead definitely looks interesting, though. It seemed kinda sterile to me, not much character. The Marshallhead can be clean or mean. It’s not a hot pickup but takes gain very well. It cleans up really good too when you back off the volume and still retains that high end sheen.

The addition of the master section controls and the ability to get two very different gain tones on the different channels (as well as semi-cleans and crunch) makes the most versatile of them all, and all tones are outstanding.

SEO Analysis

SEO analysis involves examining the performance of a website, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and website speed. It also includes identifying popular keywords and researching competitor websites to understand their strategies. The analysis aims to optimize the website's visibility and improve its ranking on search engines.

Title Tag:
Rig-Talk - Guitar board and discussions

Length: 39 characters

Title tags are usually best kept short, within 50-70 characters. It's important to note that search engines will typically read the entire title tag even if it exceeds 70 characters, but there is a chance they may cut it off or disregard it.

Meta Description:

No meta description found.

Length: 0 characters

When crafting website descriptions, keep in mind that search engines only show the first 150-160 characters in search results. To ensure your entire description is visible, aim for a length of 25-160 characters. If your description is too long, it may get cut off. Conversely, if it's too short, search engines may add text from elsewhere on your page. Additionally, search engines may modify the description you provide to better match the user's search intent. It's best to strike a balance between brevity and relevance for optimal visibility.

Meta Keywords:
  • rig-talk
  • rigtalk

In the realm of search engine optimization, the meta keywords tag has become a relic of the past due to its potential for misuse, ultimately leading major search engines to disregard it in their ranking algorithms.

A crucial factor in search engine optimization is keyword density, which refers to the proportion of a particular keyword present in the text of a webpage. In order to achieve high rankings on search engine results pages, it is essential to maintain the appropriate keyword density for your primary keyword.

Image Alt Attribute:
6 images found in your page, and 4 images are without "ALT" text.

What is the issue about?
The tag does not have an ALT attribute defined. As a general rule, search engines do not interpret the content of image files. The text provided in the attribute enables the site owner to provide relevant information to the search engine and to the end user. Alt text is helpful to end users if they have images disabled or if the image does not properly load. In addition, the Alt text is utilized by screen readers. Make sure that your Alt text is descriptive and accurately reflects what the image represents and supports the content on the page.

How to fix?
Use the <img alt> attribute to write descriptive content for the image: <img source='pic.gif' alt='Accurate and descriptive keyword text that represents the image.' />.

Website Speed Test (Desktop):
0.39 seconds

Website speed is a measurement of how fast the content on your page loads. Website speed is one of many factors involved in the discipline of search engine optimization (SEO), but it is not the only one. In a recent study, the average load time for a web page was 3.21s.

CO-Hosted

CoHosted refers to a situation where multiple domain names (websites) are using the same IP address to point to their respective web servers. They could be owned by different individuals or organizations and may serve entirely different purposes.
